Why doesn’t the pen have too much oil?

The pen has only 3.5ml cotton oil core, which micro-dosing oil seeps to pen tip. Not flow liquid. Only the pen tip is moist. It is not a dry situation because a little oil has a significant effect on removing dead skin, not a messy application.
